• 0% cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 70% cancellation up to 10 days before arrival
• 90% cancellation within the last 10 days of arrival (= NO SHOW)
• 30% deposit

MEASURES IN THE HOTEL - A GOOD FEELING FOR SAFETY

• You will be assigned a fixed table in the restaurant for the duration of your stay.
• Sauna, steam bath or infrared cabin may only be used by one person or several people from the same room at the same time. Operating hours have also been extended.
• Our chambermaids are informed about the special cleaning and the rooms are thoroughly disinfected, especially after each departure.
• Sufficient dispensers for hand disinfection are available throughout the hotel.
• Bed linen and towels are cleaned according to the norm.

As you can see, we take the current situation very seriously and are taking the necessary measures to ensure that you stay healthy and flexible.
