• 0 % cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 70 %cancellation until 10 days before arrival
• 90 % cancellation within the last 10 days of arrival (= NO SHOW)
• 30 % deposit

MEASURES AT THE HOTEL – FEEL SAFE AND SECURE

• You will be assigned a fixed table in the restaurant for the duration of your stay.
• Sauna, steam bath or infrared cabin may only be used by one person or several people from the same room at the same time. The operating hours have also been extended.
• Our room ladies are informed about the special cleaning and especially after each departure the rooms are thoroughly disinfected.
• There are sufficient dispensers for hand disinfection throughout the hotel.
• Bed linen and towels are cleaned according to the standard.

As you can see, we take the current situation very seriously and also take the necessary measures to keep you healthy and flexible.
